The center is firmly anchored in the neighborhood through routes to the surrounding areas and views of the lake. Remarkably, the route that crosses the street wall of 'the mask' was broken up at this intersection by the urban planner in charge. 63 residences were built on the shore of the lake; the remaining 171 residences are located on the northeast side of the district center.
The tower serves as the pivot point between the diagonal and orthogonal directions in the center's plan. To prevent the center from having an obvious, inward-looking orientation and to allow the residences in the plan to benefit from the view of the lake, the perimeter buildings along the lake are interrupted in several places. To provide this perimeter with some continuity, it is equipped with a continuous, winding canopy. The center's orientation toward the lake has been reinforced by having the buildings decrease in height toward the water.
